Justin Bieber baby claim: Mariah Yeater wants 'modest' financial support

Mr Pare said: “What we would love to have happen is Justin Bieber, through his attorneys, to contact us to resolve this in a reasonable manner.

“We haven’t heard from them at all. Our client is pur­­suing a modest and rightful claim. There is credible evidence that Justin Bieber is the father of her baby.

“We’d like him to submit to a paternity test voluntarily.

“If he doesn’t do it voluntarily we’ll need a court order to require him to do it. We have to submit credible evidence that Justin Bieber is the father of the baby and I’m very confident in saying we have done our due diligence.”

A court date has been set for December 15 but Bieber, who was 16 at the time of the alleged romp, vehemently denies the allegations that have stunned millions of his teenage fans.

Some have reacted with fury to Mariah’s claims, which we reported yesterday.

One fan on Twitter said: “I could kill this b****, really. She messes with my baby!!! SHE IS SOOO DEAD.”

Bieber, who is dating Wizards of Waverly Place actress Selena Gomez, 19, is said to have amassed a fortune of £53million.

Even if Mariah’s allegations prove to be false they could seriously damage the appeal of the teenage singer, who is set to perform at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast on Sunday.

‘His camp is in damage control mode and attempting to convince her to stick around in the relationship for a few more weeks, because they fear it will be seen as an admission that something indeed took place between Justin and the woman who is alleging that he’s the father of her baby,’ the source told Radaronline.com.
Selena’s denial of the split comes as Bieber spoke out about the allegations today.

He asked his fans to judge him on his music and it seems that Beliebers are sticking behind the superstar during this tough time.

As he left a TV studio yesterday plenty of screaming fans we on hand, eagerly awaiting to meet the star and get an autograph of a snap of the star.

Justin's latest project has been teaming up with Mariah Carey for their duet All I Want For Christmas Is You (SuperFestive).

Mariah posted a number snaps from their recent music video shoot onto her website and it seems the duo are certainly feeling festive.

While the mother-of-two sits in a sleigh in a red dress with a fluffy white coat, Justin is seen singing to her in a fetching red leather jacket with a white collar.

While Justin is carrying on as normal it emerged that Yeater allegedly claimed her ex-boyfriend was also the father of her child last year, be like Justin he too claimed that he wasn't.

Yeater, 20, claims in court filings that the star father her son Tristyn during a 30-second sex session in a bathroom backstage after one of his shows.

However Justin has spoken out to to insist that there is no truth in the fan's claims.

Speaking on the Today show yesterday he said: 'I know that I'm gonna be a target - but I'm never gonna be a victim.'

'I think that it's just crazy because every night I've gone right from the stage to my car.

'It's crazy that some people want to make up false allegations.

'But to set the record straight - none of this is true.'

Asked if he knew Yeater, he insisted 'Never met the woman.'

And when asked that such claims are 'what comes along with life in the fast lane,' Bieber said: 'Exactly.'

Meanwhile it emerged yesterday that Yeater almost gave up the baby boy for adoption before instead going public with her Bieber bombshell.

She never told her family who the father of her unborn child was - and had planned to give him up for adoption.

But now instead, she now wants to force Bieber to take a DNA test and pay up to $260,000 in monthly child support.

'She didn't know if she was going to keep him,' said Samra Fae Stepper, a relative who looked after Yeater for several months during her pregnancy.

'We kept asking about the father, but I didn't press it.'

Stepper's mom, Frances Wilson, said: 'I did ask her if she was going to keep the baby. She said she didn't know.

'I don't think she knew until almost when the baby was born.'

Wilson said Yeater had told her, 'I'm pretty sure I know who he is,' referring to the father. 'But she said she wasn't going to tell him.'

Yeater's stepfather, Anthony Simeonoff, only found out the news of the baby's supposed dad this Thursday, after friends at his local club read the headlines.

'I'm still in shock,' Simeonoff said, adding that he believes Yeater.

'I love my grandson. If it's real or not, I love my grandson.'

The New York Post also reported yesterday that Yeater was busted in Las Vegas less than two months after getting pregnant.

Records state that on December 21, 2010, Yeater committed battery by 'slapping' her ex-boyfriend in the face and later pleaded not guilty.

On June 16, Yeater's lawyer asked for a continuance, noting she lived out of state and was 'under doctor's orders not to travel due to high-risk pregnancy.'

Justin Bieber Will Take DNA Test And Then Sue His Accuser

Justin Bieber will take a DNA test in two weeks when he returns to the United States to prove he is not Mariah Yeater's baby daddy -- and after that, Justin and his team are going after her in court ... sources directly connected with Justin tell TMZ.

Justin is in Europe now so he can't take the test until he returns ... but he is determined to put an end to what he says is a bogus scandal.

Our sources say Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, contacted Yeater's attorneys Friday and conveyed the DNA test WILL happen. We're told Justin and his team are so serious ... they directed Weitzman to find a lab to do the test and Weitzman has already selected one.

Once the test shows Justin is not the daddy, Justin and his team will sue her. We're told Yeater's lawyers appeared "nervous" when they heard the news. This may explain why Yeater's lawyers went underground yesterday and did not return TMZ's calls.

Sources say Bieber and his team think it's important to file a lawsuit against Yeater to show there are consequences when somebody trumps up phony, hurtful allegations against a celebrity.

This week Mariah Yeater's middle name became a byword warm. He claimed to have had sex with Justin backstage at Justin's concert in Los Angeles.

In August, Mariah gave birth to a baby boy who he claims comes from his sexual relationship with Justin. He demanded Selena Gomez's boyfriend to come feed the child. Of course, allegations denied by the singer 17 years.

Bieber grabbed Selena by the hand and led her through the crowd getting into the hotel.

The lovers are in Belfast, Northern Ireland where she is hosting the MTV European Music Awards today, Sunday November 6, 2011.

It is good Selena is still standing by her man but I hope it would stand the test of time.
